I am excited to finally share my new laundry room. It is so nice to finally have a beautiful space, where I spend a lot of my time as a Mama! It was not our plan to redo this room, but a large flood due to a stopped up sink and running water, forced us to redo everything in the room. It was also time to get a new washer and dryer, so we just got new everything! I love the load and go feature on the Whirlpool washer which allows you to simply add detergent once and skip refills for 20 loads! I actually enjoy doing laundry. Our laundry room is a small narrow room, so I painted the walls white (Sherwin Williams Extra White) to help make the space look bigger, and decided to go with a bold fun floor. I really wanted a farm sink, and our contractor was weary about the one I chose since it was just released last year, but it ended up being perfect in the space, and he did a great job with the install. The sink is constructed with a durable and easy to clean SILGRANIT^® material. I decided to put a mirror on the back wall which resembles a window to also help make the space look larger. I kept the accessories minimal, and made sure they were cohesive with the color palette we chose. I took my time on finding storage bins that fit the cabinet space, and also matched the color scheme. I found an awesome cabinet that hangs behind the door to hold our broom and Swiffer mop. The organization of household items, cleaning items, and laundry supplies have made life so much easier!
